Progress Towards Gender Equality at Consilium

Consilium operates in an industry traditionally dominated by men, particularly in engineering roles. Despite this challenge, we are actively working to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce. By implementing initiatives like gender-neutral language in job advertisements and providing training for hiring managers on inclusive recruitment practices and unconscious bias, we are taking important steps toward gender equality.

In 2024, 45% of our new hires were women, reflecting our commitment to increasing diversity across all levels. A standout example of our progress is in Bulgaria, where we’ve achieved a near-equal gender balance of 52% women and 48% men across our production sites.
