Consilium Safety Group acquires ISE, to expand its fire protection offering for rolling stock
Gothenburg, Sweden 26 September 2024—Consilium Safety Group, a global leader in fire, flame, and gas safety solutions, announces today that it has agreed to acquire ISE (“Ingegneria dei Sistemi elettronici”). ISE is an Italian industry specialist in customisable “SIL 2” fire safety solutions for the rolling stock industry. The agreement is subject to regulatory approvals.
