Consilium further expands its presence in China with the opening of a new office  

Consilium Safety Group announces the opening of a new office in Jingjiang City, west of Shanghai, to provide regional clients with faster, more localised support. 

“With this new location, we’re better positioned to serve our customers with quicker response times and more efficient service,” says Yatkai Lee, General Manager at Consilium Safety China. “Closeness to our marine and rolling stock clients enhances our ability to provide the local support they need.” 

Consilium’s new office in Jingjiang, situated along the Yangtze River, places the company at the heart of one of China’s major hubs for shipbuilding and marine activity. This strategic location enables closer collaboration with shipyards and manufacturers, enhancing Consilium’s ability to serve the growing marine market. Additionally, it strengthens support for the rolling stock segment, where demand in the region is on the rise. 

“While our primary focus remains on the marine segment, this new office allows us to better support the increasing safety needs of the rolling stock sector,” says Yatkai Lee.
